We supply resellers within India. Allow at least two working days after payment for checking and packing; dispatch follows preparation. This is a minimum preparation allowance, not a promise that every order will dispatch or arrive within two days.
Transit is separate and depends on the destination and shipment. Clay and marble crafts are supplied within Mumbai only.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, ordering mistakes, unsold stock, slow sales or changed preferences.
For verified damaged-product claims, we decide whether to replace the affected products or issue a refund case by case. Other verified claims are resolved according to the issue.
